Do you offer faux leather products?
No, I only offer genuine leather products. The majority of faux leathers are made of plastic and not sustainable. Quality genuine leather products can last a lifetime if properly cared for.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It typically takes 2-4 weeks to produce your order as everything is hand-made and customized. If you need your order rushed or have a custom request, please use the contact form to discuss your options.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. If there are any issues with the product, please contact me for repairs or alterations, I am happy to make them. Exchanges are only allowed on defective or damaged items, and must be made within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Can I cancel my order?
